- Warm-up (20–25 rounds): Dot Torture or a precision variant at 5 yards. No timer. Establish your baseline for the day.
- Draw and presentation (25–30 rounds): Bill Drill or equivalent. Timer on. Three to five strings, resting between.
- Accuracy under pressure (20–25 rounds): Timed accuracy drill — shrink the target or increase the distance from the warm-up standard.
