All confirmed course registrations are final and non-refundable. This is because instructor time, range access, ammunition, vehicles or FX setup where applicable, and other logistics are pre-booked for confirmed students.
Students who cancel for any reason forfeit their registration fee. In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond your control (flight disruptions, geopolitical events, serious emergencies, etc.), we will do our best to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no additional cost.
If Warsaw Tactical cancels a course for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
