By registering for Warsaw Tactical training, you agree to the following:
You must be 18+ years old, physically capable of participating in demanding training activities, and legally permitted to handle firearms. You confirm you have no felony convictions or legal restrictions that would prohibit firearm use.
Firearms and combatives training involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and assume all risks of injury or property damage. You release Warsaw Tactical, its instructors, and affiliated parties from liability for injuries sustained during training.
You agree to follow all safety protocols and instructor directions. Violation of safety rules may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.
Training activities may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or locations as needed. Students will be notified of significant changes.
