WHO IS IT FOR?

Shift leaders, warehouse and production staff, security, reception and technical teams.

WHAT WILL YOUR TEAM PRACTICE?

  • Recognizing unusual requests and verifying access or identity
  • Responding calmly to pressure, aggression and risk-specific incidents

Security Awareness

90 min

Recognize impersonation, suspicious messages and unusual requests for access or delivery information. Practice verifying who is asking—and how to respond before sharing information or acting.

  • Impersonation of owners, managers, tenants, carriers, suppliers or service providers
  • Attempts to gain access or obtain information about deliveries, staff, security measures and procedures
  • Phishing, false instructions and scams using AI, synthetic voices or deepfakes
  • Security of email, work devices and data
  • Information disclosed on social media and in photos of the facility
  • Verification of unusual requests and incident reporting

Your Rights Under Pressure

90 min

Understand how to respond calmly during an inspection, search, detention or questioning involving the facility or an employee. Focus on lawful conduct and exercising rights—not avoiding responsibility.

  • Basic rights and responsibilities during official procedures
  • What to expect during inspections, searches, detention and questioning
  • Communicating calmly with officials and other participants
  • Documenting proceedings and raising objections appropriately
  • Recognizing pressure, manipulation and escalation
  • Knowing when and how to contact a lawyer or legal representative

Drone Threat Response

90 min

For facilities whose risk profile warrants it. Practice recognizing a potential drone threat and responding in open areas such as yards, parking lots and loading bays. Human response—not a drone detection or defense system.

  • Recognizing basic signs of a potential drone threat
  • Assessing the situation and choosing priorities in the first seconds
  • Raising the alarm and communicating with others
  • Reducing exposure in open areas around the facility
  • Using available cover and terrain
  • Making decisions under pressure and avoiding reactions that increase risk

Practical Self-Defense

90 min

Respond to aggression at loading bays, in parking areas or in confined spaces. Practice maintaining distance, protecting yourself and creating an opportunity to leave—not preparing for a fight.

  • Managing distance and body position around an aggressive person
  • Basic responses that reduce the risk of being knocked down
  • Protecting yourself after a fall and creating room to get up
  • Breaking contact and moving away safely
  • Working in confined spaces using selected Krav Maga and Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques
  • Practical exercises or a demonstration and discussion, adapted to the group

Your instructors

Dawid Fajer, Warsaw Tactical lead instructor

Lead Instructor

Dawid Fajer

Dawid has over 20 years of experience in tactical practice and teaching combat and operational systems. His expertise spans personal safety, close-contact situations, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and firearms training.

He has trained 500+ students from 10+ countries, including GROM operators and Polish Police Counter-Terrorism units, combining real-world experience with a function-first training philosophy.

For warehouse, logistics and production teams, he translates this background into practical civilian skills: recognizing threats, making decisions under pressure and responding to aggression. The focus is on protecting people and choosing an appropriate response—not preparing employees for combat.

Specialist Instructors

These instructors are presented by specialty. Their names are shared after the contract is signed.

Drone Threat Specialist

A former Polish Armed Forces soldier who served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2023–2024 as a reconnaissance and strike drone operator, gaining frontline experience in the Donbas.

For warehouse, logistics and production teams, he teaches drone threat recognition, response to alarms, finding cover, and safe behavior after an explosion or around unidentified objects.

Cybersecurity Specialist

A former cybersecurity director in government financial institutions and an academic lecturer. He trains uniformed services, institutions and private companies.

In this program, he helps participants recognize impersonation, verify unusual requests and protect business information. His focus is on practical responses to threats affecting people, information and business decisions.

Interview & Interrogation Specialist

A former intelligence officer trained in interrogation by FBI agents, with a U.S. Department of Justice certificate. He trains intelligence, police and military personnel, and private companies.

He covers rights and responsibilities during inspections, searches and questioning, calm communication, and recognizing pressure or manipulation.
