Dawid Fajer is an instructor with 20+ years of tactical experience and 15+ years teaching combat and operational systems. His expertise has grown from years of working in professional environments where decisions are made under pressure and mistakes have real consequences. He operates on standards that didn't emerge from mats or sport ranges—but from real-world conditions of use. Trained in countries where the level of risk is high and preparation determines whether you come home, he leads Warsaw Tactical programs.
His experience encompasses firearms training, knife combat and defense, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). Dawid holds credentials as a high-altitude instructor, certified diver, and parachutist. He is also a TRX Force-certified trainer and founder of Studio TF in Warsaw—a fitness and combat training facility. His philosophy is straightforward: your gear is an extension of your capabilities, not the reason for them. Train your body and skills first, then add the tools.
Drawing from expertise developed across Europe, the US, and high-risk operational environments, Dawid delivers intensive firearms instruction that combines proven methodology with real-world combat systems experience. His training approach prioritizes function over flash, focusing on building genuine capability under pressure.
As lead instructor at Warsaw Tactical and co-founder of Way of the Knife—Poland's premier tactical training program—Dawid has trained 500+ students from 10+ countries, including operators from GROM Special Forces Unit and Polish Police Counter-Terrorism subdivisions. Through collaboration with Rogue Methods (Arizona), he has integrated American firearms methodology with European combat expertise. As Raul Martinez, Chief of Operations at Rogue Methods, notes: "Had the opportunity to collaborate with Mr. Fajer in the organization of multiple training events, which were held in Poland for the first time in 2024. His commitment, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills in these endeavors deserve the highest recognition. His subject matter expertise, as well as his ability to work with an international team, were key to the success of this undertaking."
Dawid instructs in English (professional) and Polish (native).
